How to redeem your discount code:

1. Open the app and make an eligible booking.
2. Enter the discount code in the promo/discount code field before confirming your booking.
3. Complete your booking and payment within the app before the expiry date (if applicable).

The detailed terms of each discount code, including expiry date (if applicable), minimum fare (if applicable), and maximum discount value, will be specified within the app or associated promotion.

Who’s eligible for the discount code?

• Discount codes may be available to new users, existing users, or as part of specific promotions.
• Users must have a valid account to complete a booking.
• Discount codes are not tied to a specific account and can be used by any user unless stated otherwise.

Eligible bookings

• Discount codes can only be used on bookings made within the app.
• The discount is applied to the total metered fare or final quoted fare for the journey.
• Discounts are calculated after the full fare is determined, including any applicable charges such as distance, time, or waiting time.
• Discount codes do not apply to additional charges such as cancellation fees, no-show fees, cleaning fees, or damage charges.
• Codes may be subject to a minimum fare requirement and/or a maximum discount cap.
• Each code can only be used once per booking unless otherwise stated.
• Codes cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer, or discount unless explicitly stated.
• Any unused portion of a discount will not be refunded or carried over.

Eligible payment methods

• Payments must be completed through the app using available payment methods.
• Cash bookings may be excluded from discount eligibility unless stated otherwise.

Expiry and validity

• Discount codes are valid only for the period stated or until withdrawn.
• Expired codes will not be accepted.
• We are not responsible for unused or forgotten codes.

Cancellations and refunds

• If a booking made using a discount code is cancelled, the code may be forfeited.
• Reissue of discount codes is not guaranteed.
• Discounts have no cash value and are non-refundable.

Misuse

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse discount codes where misuse, fraud, or abuse is suspected.
• This includes creating multiple accounts to obtain additional discounts.
• Accounts found in breach may be suspended or terminated.

Technical issues

• We are not responsible for failed or incomplete redemptions due to technical issues, including app, network, or system errors.

General

• Discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The discount code BLT5 gives eligible app users £5.00 off a qualifying booking made through the Blue Line Taxis app.

• A minimum spend of £7.00 applies before the discount can be used.
• The discount code must be entered in the app before the booking is confirmed.
• The discount is applied to the final quoted fare or metered fare for the journey.
• The discount cannot be exchanged for cash and has no cash value.

•  There is no minimum spend required to use this code.
• The discount code must be entered in the app before the booking is confirmed.
• The discount is applied to the final quoted fare or metered fare for the journey.
• The discount cannot be exchanged for cash and has no cash value.
• The code cannot be used against cancellation fees, no-show fees, cleaning fees, damage charges, or any other additional charges.
• The code cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless explicitly stated.
• The code is valid only for the promotional period stated or until withdrawn.
• We reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.
