Refund policy and procedures
You may be entitled for a refund if you cancelled your booking and did not travel but paid in advance.
You may be entitled for a refund if we failed to supply the service/journey we agreed to supply.
All refunds are processed on a case by case basis. We require 24 hours’ notice to be entitled to a refund.
Refunds will be investigated and actioned Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00. The refund will be made vis a bacs payment into your bank you will need to supply bank details when applying for a refund.
Cancellation of bookings can be made via telephone only to our control room (01432 343435) 24 hours a day. Calls may be recorded. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Blue Line Taxis as soon as possible. We require 24 hours’ notice to be entitled to a refund.
