PRICE GUIDE
Blue Line take pricing and value for money for our customers very seriously. We provide competitive prices whilst still providing a quality driver with full insurance cover and a fully inspected and tested vehicle. You can be rest assured your Blue Line driver will be most courteous and professional and always conscious to supply a value for money service to our customers.
- Waiting time is charged at a minimum of £15.00 per hour
- Any Congestion or Toll charges are not included in any prices and will be charged accordingly
- Any collection / drop off and car parking charging will be the responsibility of the passengers to pay.
AIRPORT & SEAPORT
BUSINESS TRIPS & HOLIDAY MAKERS
We specialise in the transportation of Holiday & Business passengers with luggage to/from any Airport within the UK, whether it’s for a Business Trip, Sun, Winter or short break holiday. All we ask from you is to sit back and relax and start your holiday, business trip or break with Blue Line. We will collect you directly from your door or your chosen collection point and drop you off at arrivals at any airport.
Due to our extensive fleet, we guarantee to dispatch the most comfortable and spacious vehicle to meet all your travel requirements, taking into account how many passengers are travelling and the luggage space required.
MEET & GREET SERVICES
We’ll meet and greet you from your holiday or business trip including your VIP visitors, family or friends from any location in the UK and deliver them in comfort to the destination of your choice. At the airport, our meet and greet service ensures our driver will be waiting to meet you when entering the arrivals hall. Your flight will be monitored so we will be there to meet you in arrivals after landing. The driver will be holding a board displaying the passenger’s name and flight number. From there the passenger’s luggage will be taken care of whilst they are being escorted back to the car. They can then just sit back and relax as they are taken directly to their chosen destination.
CHILD & BABY SEATS
We understand the importance of your children being sat in the correct seats during your journey. When travelling for a longer distance, we would encourage the use of them. We are fully aware of how crucial and, sometimes comforting, it is for children to be in their own seats, especially on long journeys. Unfortunately, we cannot supply these for you as each child has their specific needs and their seat has been specially purchased for them and their needs. But, you can take your seats with you on the journey.
The driver will drop you off at your destination and bring the seats back to our offices. The seats will be tagged as soon as they arrive back here and stored safely and securely until your return. The driver will collect these from our office on the day of your return so they will be in the vehicle when our driver meets you at your pick up point, giving you piece of mind and comfort to you and your child after arriving back.

What is your cancellation policy and refund process?

Can I pay by card or cash in the vehicle?
Yes, you can pay by either card or cash. All our vehicles are equipped with secure card payment terminals. You can also pay through the app when booking.
Do you provide child seats for Airport & Long-Distance Transfers?
We do not provide child seats, but we can store your child seat securely while you are away and have it ready for your return journey.
When do tariffs change?
The below Tariffs & Times are for all bookings that are made directly with Blue Line and not rank/street pick-ups.
Tariff 1 operates between 05:00am to 22:59pm every day of the week.
Tariff 2 operates between 23:00pm to 04:59am every day of the week.
Other Tariffs are charged on public holidays, please contact Blue Line for clarification.
Do you take animals with you?
Yes, we allow pets to travel with you. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing a pet, and ensure they are securely contained or well-behaved during the journey.
