DO YOU OFFER WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE VEHICLES?
Yes, we have a selection of wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Please request one when booking so we can ensure a suitable vehicle is assigned to your journey.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK A TAXI?
We recommend to pre-book any transport in advance. There is no limit to how far you can book in advance. We have many customers who book transport a year in advance.
CAN I REQUEST A FEMALE DRIVER?
Yes, you may request a female driver when booking. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, it is subject to availability at the time of your journey.
WHICH AREAS DO YOU SERVE?
We serve all of Herefordshire and anywhere in the UK. If you require any transport in Herefordshire or even if it is from/to Herefordshire to any location in the UK, we would be happy to supply you with a quotation to supply this service.
WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including bank holidays and weekends.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRANSPORT FOR CHILDREN TRAVELLING ON THEIR OWN?
Yes, we can provide transport for children travelling alone, but this must be pre-arranged and agreed upon by a parent or guardian. Additional information may be required to ensure the safety and comfort of the child.

LOST PROPERTY
Please contact our office by phone or email with all relevant details on the trip you have taken and what you have lost. We will try our upmost to locate any lost items. Please be aware if you got in a taxi from a rank or street pick up, we will not have the details to this booking in our system, but we will still try and locate any lost items for you. It also may be worth contacting the Herefordshire Council and/or the Local Police Station, if we are unsuccessful with locating your lost property.
