Every year, thousands of book lovers and culture seekers make their way to Hay-on-Wye, on the Welsh border, for the world-renowned Hay Festival. We’re excited to share our 2025 travel price list for direct transport between Hereford city limits and the Hay Festival site, available daily between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm (with a 50% surcharge outside these hours).
But that’s not all — we also cover all areas outside of Hereford. If you’re travelling to or from the Hay Festival and you’re not based in Hereford, we’re happy to provide quotes and transport from any location. Whether you’re arriving via airports, train stations, or staying in Airbnbs, hotels, cottages, or other accommodation, we can get you to and from the festival with ease. We regularly help guests connect with onward train and bus travel in Hereford, too.
