Shuttle service faqs
Is this a shared shuttle?
Yes. This is a shared shuttle service, not a private hire vehicle. You will be travelling with other passengers attending the same event.
What happens if I’m late?
Please arrive at the pick-up point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
A maximum 5-minute grace period will be allowed. After this time, the shuttle will depart and no refund will be issued for missed departures.
Can I change my booking?
Booking changes (including date, time, or passenger details) are not guaranteed and depend on availability. If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are available for cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date.
To request a refund:
- Please complete the refund request form (link provided).
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
Can I drink alcohol on the shuttle?
No. Alcohol consumption is not permitted on shuttle vehicles.
Are children allowed?
Yes, children are welcome. However:
- All passengers under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Child tickets apply to children under 12.
- Unaccompanied minors will not be accepted.
What happens if there are delays?
While every effort is made to run services on time, Blue Line is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances outside our control. No refunds will be issued for such delays.
How will I know my booking is confirmed?
Once payment is completed, you will receive a booking confirmation email. Further details or reminders may be sent closer to the event date
