Payments

There are various ways you can pay for any service you use with Blue Line. We aim to make things as easy as possible for our valued customers. We accept the following methods of payment:

CASH

You can pay for any journey you require in CASH directly to our driver or even pop into the office and pre-pay in advance. You will be issued with a receipt confirming payment if requested.

DEBIT CARDS

We accept all debit cards for payment. Your payment can be made in any of our vehicles with the driver or you can pay over the phone to one of our experienced Control Room Operators. You can also pop into the office and pay if preferred. You will be issued with a receipt confirming payment if requested.
*there is a 3% surcharge on all debit card payments.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept all Credit Cards for payment. Your payment can be made in any of our vehicles with the driver or you can pay over the phone to one of our experienced Control Room Operators. You can also pop into the office and pay if preferred. You will be issued with a receipt confirming payment if requested.
*there is a 3% surcharge on all Credit card payments.

BACS

We accept BACS payments directly through the bank. Once we receive the amount in our bank account, we will confirm this to you and forward you a receipt confirming payment has been received. If you wish to use this payment method please download our Bank details.

MONTHLY CORPORATE ACCOUNT

We offer a monthly corporate account for all our business & corporate clients. This has several benefits for our clients.

We offer a monthly Personal account for all our personal customers. This has several benefits for our customers including a current offer of a 20% DISCOUNT for anybody wishing to open an account.
